Accounts Payable Clerk

We are looking for a person to assist with the daily tasks of the Accounts Payable position. This person will work closely with the current lead person to learn all aspects of the position and eventually take over the role upon her retirement in the near future.

Responsibilities:

• Processing vouchers.
• Print Checks
• Assist Vendors with payment information.
• Process payroll, as necessary.
• Prepare end of month reports. 
• Maintain records in a confidential and professional manner.
• Must cover other administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma and/or degree in accounting.
• One to two years experience in Accounts Payable.
• Must have good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently.
• Willingness and ability to work and function in a team environment.
• Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally.
• Ability to work with all levels of the organization.
• Experience with Produce Pro a plus.
